Administration Fee

If you decide to proceed with a formal mortgage application, the broker charges an Administration Fee starting from €695. This fee covers their services throughout the purchasing process, including multiple applications with different banks or for various properties. It is a one-time fee with no expiration date, and is backed by a money-back guarantee (please see their Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details).

Initial Approval Fee

Once the Spanish mortgage for your Valencia property is initially approved but before the property valuation, an additional fee will apply. The standard fee starts from 0.6% of the mortgage amount, with a minimum of €1,500. This fee may be negotiable for larger mortgage amounts. The broker will ensure you are fully informed of the applicable fee scale before proceeding with the application.

Money-Back Guarantee

The broker offers a money-back guarantee for added security. If the mortgage is declined, or if the offered amount is lower than what was initially quoted and you decide not to proceed, the Administration Fee will be refunded. Specific terms of this guarantee will be provided at the time of payment, and you are encouraged to review their full Terms and Conditions.

Post-Payment Process

After receiving proof of payment for the Administration Fee, the broker will confirm the recommended bank(s) and either facilitate direct contact or act on your behalf in the formal mortgage application process. You will be in contact with both the broker and the bank throughout the process. The broker will continue to assist you until the mortgage process is completed.

The Initial Approval Fee must be paid to the broker within 7 days of mortgage approval.
